This easy and efficient recipe balances protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats to provide you with quick energy at any time of the day.
Ingredients:
--¼ cup almond milk
--1 teaspoon of raw honey
--1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
--1 large (or 2 medium-sized) avocados
--2 scoops organic chocolate protein powder
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth. Add the milk in slowly and as needed to smooth out the texture.
Serves: 2 people
